DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

DELIVERY POLICY


We use DPD, ParcelForce and Royal Mail for our delivery and usually takes between 3 - 5 business working days from receipt of your order. We currently delivery to mainland UK only.

 

Standard Delivery is £4.95 

Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you specify when your order. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect.

We ask for a phone number at checkout, which is passed to the courier, should they have trouble finding your address and need to contact you. You can add to an order if it has not been shipped by calling us.


RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY

Nelle DK guarantee to refund or exchange any item bought Online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase and proof of receipt is provided.

PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING AN ITEM.

RETURNS NOTE – Please fill out the Returns Note and include this in your returns parcel. Returned items not accompanied by a Returns Note will not be accepted.

 

EXCHANGE – Nelle DK will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different garment is desired, please return the item and place a new order.

 

EARRINGS – In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

 

SHOES – must be returned in their original box. Shoes returned without their original box will not be accepted.

 

CONDITION – We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

 

REFUND – If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchasers credit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. It is advisable to send returned items by registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

 

NELLE DK DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING ONLINE RETURNS:

- Any item returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase

- Items that have been worn.

- Items where the tag has been removed, unless the item is deemed faulty

- Any product deemed by Nelle DK not be in perfect saleable condition
 

This refund policy applies to items bought online only, and not to items bought in store. Please see below.

 

 

RETURN POLICY FOR SALE ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE

Same as above, except that all Sale items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date and proof of receipt is provided.
 

 

REFUNDS FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES


Please note Nelle DK DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on items bought in our store.

All items bought in our store, are bought as seen.


- Refunds may only be applicable if the item is seen as faulty - this is at the discretion of the manager.
- An item may be exchanged for a credit note provided that the item is returned within 14 days unused.
- All Sale items are final, no exchange or credit note given.
- This does not affect your statutory rights. We accept returns in store within 14 days with proof of receipt and all tags attached to the item and non worn. It will be on the managers discretion to accept the item for a credit note or an exchan
